Counting Sheep Tea
A herbal blend utilising the gentle and effective sedative properties of various botanicals to aid in restful quality sleep for those who are troubled by insomnia, particularly night-waking.
Use 1 teaspoon per cup of water. Take 2 cups between 3-7pm each evening; can be taken hot or cold.
