    Vegetable Salt - Our vegetable and herb salt blend is packed full of flavour and nutrients. Ingredients: Himalayan salt, celery, celery leaf, thyme, parsley, leek, basil, lovage, dill tips, savory leaf.Use in place of regular salt as a healthier, delicious alternative. While this uses Himalayan salt as a base, the saltiness and flavour comes from the carefully selected organic herbs and vegetables.


    Artemis - Artemis was the Greek Goddess of hunting and wild animals, so we have created the Artemis blend as the perfect pairing with wild game meats.Earthy and exotic spices blended together with aromatic herbs, topped off with a hint of heat. Ingredients: garlic,thyme, onion, sage, celery salt, porcini mushroom, coriander, juniper berries, cacao nibs, ginger, a;;spice, mustard seed, orange peel, white peppercorns, clove buds, bay leaves, szechuan pepper, cassia and chilli flakes.


    Berbere - Sprinkle a pinch on top of salads, yoghurt, dips, or wedges. Berbere can also be used as a spice rub for meat or vegetables. An aromatic spice blend used in soups, stews and sauces to heighten the flavour and add a not of heart. Ingredients: sweet paprika, allspice, ginger, cumin, coriander seeds, ajwain seeds, cardamon, feengreek, nutmeg, clove buds, black pepper, Himalayan salt.


    Spanish BBQ - The blend is full flavour and slightly smoky with a hint of heat. Use in savoury dishes to replace regular paprika, or as a key to your barbeque marinade and rubs. You can also sprinkle it over wedges, roast veges or dips. Ingredients: smoked and sweet paprika, garlic, parsley, chipotle, chili, tumeric, nutmeg.


    Madras curry ( mild ) - This blend is rich in flavour but mild in heat. The spices are already toasted so this blend can be added to your food at any stage of cooking. Delicious with curry, soup, rice, meat or vegetables - perfect for slow cooked winter meals. Ingredients: coriander seed, cumin seed, tumeric, ajwain seed, fennel seed, fenugreek, kashmiri chili garlic, ginger, cinnamon, white peppercorns, curry leaf, asafoettda.


    Za'atar - This spice blend is a delicious Egyptian take on the traditional Middle eastern blend. A wonderful flavour combination of herbaceous, nutty, and tangy all at the same time. Delicious with bread dipped into olive oil, baked into bread, or used as a spice rub with vegetable and meats. Ingredients: surmac, white sesame seeds, cumin, coriander, himalayan salt, thyme, black sesame seeds.
