Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
New Zealand Customers
Returns
All returns must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in original condition
- with all tags attached
Slipper soles must be free from wear, dirt, and marks.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Approved returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked, signature-required shipping service.
Sizing Exchanges
Sizing exchanges must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.
If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit only.
Style or Colour Exchanges
Returns for style or colour exchanges must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are available only for the same style and colour in a different size.
A NZ$15 handling and reshipping fee applies and will be invoiced to you.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives, even if it is a gift.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing penny_betts@hotmail.com.
Faulty items must be returned within 7 days for assessment.
Once assessed, we will provide a suitable remedy based on the issue, such as a replacement, repair, or store credit.
Wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered faulty.
International Customers

Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery, even if it is a gift.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing penny_betts@hotmail.com
Faulty items must be returned within 10 days for assessment.
Return shipping must be paid by the customer upfront. Once the item has been received and assessed, shipping costs will be reimbursed where applicable.

Customs, Duties & Refused Shipments
Customs duties, taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Free shipping applies only to completed orders.
If an order is returned to us because customs duties, VAT, or other local charges were refused, any store credit issued will be less the original shipping cost incurred and any return shipping charges billed to us by the carrier.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, any store credit issued will be less the original shipping cost incurred and any return shipping charges billed to us by the carrier.
Proof of international shipping costs will be provided at the time your store credit is issued.
Additional Information
Sale Items
All sale items are final sale.
We do not offer exchanges, store credits, or refunds on sale items unless the item is faulty.
Store Credit
Store credits:
- can be used on future purchases only
- cannot be used toward shipping
- cannot be redeemed for cash
If your purchase total is less than the value of your store credit, a new store credit will be issued for the remaining balance.
Store credits do not expire.
